Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie is the only woman ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. She placed second in the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit competitor and media star is one of the CrossFit athletes from Iceland. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman to have taken home the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 Her other achievements includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie, her parents, as well as her siblings, were born and raised within Reykjavik Iceland. Annie was an avid sportsperson and worked out from when she was a young age. In 2012 Annie again won in the CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she was the first female athlete to win the two CrossFit Games consecutively. A silver medal was won in the year 2014 and then in the year 2021 she received a Bronze medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie's rising fame as an athlete has made her the spokesperson for many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Additionally, she also has her own Youtube channel which has around a thousand viewers where her diet family videos and travel vlogs are shared.
